We went on a short holiday to Ocean Park on the Long Beach Peninsula in Washington. We found a room for $54/night with kitchenette and ocean view. This is the view from our balcony on our last morning there. We had the best weather in the state with 50 degrees and sunny, calm skies.

My favorite was the cranberry bog with the buildings in the background and their reddish roofs catching complementing the bushes. Of course, a pot house is kinda interesting too.
Took me a while to finally post my comment. Thanks to Google's arrogance (or desire to compromise every vestige of perceived privacy) I have to log out of gmail and log in to Blogger to edit/create anything.
