Everybody loves Pussy!
Funny you should mention the thought police. I'm reading Kafka these days and was thinking about spending some time with Orwell next.
Yea, losing the greenbelt has saddened us a great deal. I'm thinking of building a fence along the backyard, now. It's one thing to have a view of trees with the accompanying wild life (deer, birds, rabbits, etc) and quite another thing to look into someone else's back yard or vice versa. I still haven't made up my mind, though.
